At Truth and Vision, we believe that every child deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported. Many of the young people we serve are navigating challenges far greater than their age, and every program we offer is designed to restore confidence, build resilience, and show them that greatness lives within them.

Who We ARE

Truth and Vision LLC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth and strengthening families across Cleveland. We serve as a transformative outreach center providing leadership development, cultural enrichment, emotional wellness support, academic guidance, and mentorship for children and adolescents. Our programs focus on restoring confidence, building identity, and creating pathways to success for youth who often face economic hardship, trauma, or limited access to enrichment opportunities. As a committed community partner, Truth and Vision bridges the gap between need and opportunity, offering safe spaces, structured programs, and uplifting experiences that inspire young people to rise, lead, and thrive.

Mission and Vision Statement

Our mission is to empower youth and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through compassionate, person-centered services that promote dignity, independence, emotional wellness, and lifelong success. We offer culturally responsive programs in leadership development, mentorship, life skills training, academic support, enrichment, and community living. Our mission is to create safe, supportive spaces where young people and individuals with disabilities feel seen, valued, and equipped to overcome challenges, build confidence, and reach their full potential. Through strong partnerships with families, schools, caregivers, and community organizations, we work to uplift those we serve and ensure they have access to meaningful opportunities that inspire purpose and growth.

Our vision is to build a community where every person, regardless of ability or background, has equitable access to transformative opportunities that strengthen identity, resilience, and independence. We envision individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities thriving in inclusive environments with the support, skills, and confidence needed for self-directed living. We strive to cultivate a generation of empowered youth who lead with integrity, cultural pride, and a clear sense of purpose.
